Adaptive Care allows you to manage day to day health related tasks for yourself, family members, or your patients. As a home care professional you can setup multiple profiles to manage each patient's schedule and contacts. You can also send notifications to your patient's contacts as you complete daily tasks. Use the smart camera to capture details from prescription bottles or doctor's notes.

The "Adaptive Care Monthly" plan will provide access to all features including: creating multiple user profiles, creating reminders, storing contacts and vitals, sending email and text message notifications, tracking progress, and much more. This plan will give you access to any additional features that are released in the future. The Adaptive Care Monthly plan is USD 1.99 for 1 month, quoted in U.S. dollars (prices may differ in countries other than the United States). There is a free trial period of 30 days. At confirmation of purchase, payment will be charged to your iTunes account after the trial period has expired and your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period at the price of the chosen subscription. You can cancel your subscription (i.e. turn off automatic renewal) in the Account Settings section of your App Store or iTunes settings after you have made the purchase.
To get started, download Adaptive Care and subscribe for the monthly plan.
In the user profiles page of the app, click "Add Profile" to get started. Check the "Settings" page for additional information related to your subscription plan.
